The main entrance door has a strong spring on it so very noisy when people allowed it to slam shut.

Such an awesome, cosy and quaint motel to stay. The breakfast made to order, warm and delicious was an unexpected treat. The waiting/counter staff were wonderful and friendly. Made our 1 night stay simply great and wish for a B&B experience a great one indeed. Room was huge and bathroom so clean. Water pressure was like a waterfall - another welcomed surprise. Thanks!!”
“Catherine is a wonderful hostess, the place is clean and comfortable and beautifully presented. The farm is in the middle of nowhere but within short distances to villages with pubs or the park and ride to take you to York.
The room had everything we needed and it was spacious, the bed was comfortable, tea and coffee provided with fresh milk available in the kitchenette.
Breakfast is cooked fresh to order and was delicious, nothing was too much trouble.
