"Staff were very helpful and room was clean. Only complaint would be breakfast. There was no hot food items, like waffles or eggs and sausage. Considering price per night it would have been appreciated."

"We arrived in the early afternoon and attempted to check in, but unfortunately our suite was not ready. Around 3:00 p.m., we were given our room; however, when we checked it, I was not satisfied as the room had not been properly serviced. I spoke with Heather at the front desk, and she immediately addressed the issue. She kindly upgraded us to a diffrent suit and went above and beyond to assist us throughout our vacation. Thank you, Heather, for your excellent customer service and professionalism. You truly made our stay much more enjoyable. We hope to see you again on our next visit!"
