"We arrived in the early afternoon and attempted to check in, but unfortunately our suite was not ready. Around 3:00 p.m., we were given our room; however, when we checked it, I was not satisfied as the room had not been properly serviced. I spoke with Heather at the front desk, and she immediately addressed the issue. She kindly upgraded us to a diffrent suit and went above and beyond to assist us throughout our vacation. Thank you, Heather, for your excellent customer service and professionalism. You truly made our stay much more enjoyable. We hope to see you again on our next visit!"

"The rooms and property were clean and tidy. Basic decor, comfortable and functional. The bed in my room was excellent. A large firm king, not lumpy and bumpy. I had a great night's sleep. Really good shower as well. Lots of hot water and water pressure. Breakfast was self serve. Coffee, juice cereal,bagels and yogurt. Overall it was a good stay.."
