My daughter had showered at night and called them to ask if we could have an extra blanket, the lady was short with her and told her she was the only person there and she had to go down and get it herself, I heard my daughter say “oh ok”, didn’t say anything rude back, but she didn’t go down because she wasn’t dressed, the front desk lady ended up coming up on her own and was angry and rude to my daughter, no one told her to come up, handed my daughter the blanket my daughter said thank you and the lady rolled her eyes. lol. Just rude for no reason. They look like they’re miserable. "

"The staff was so nice. Pleasant greeting upon check in and always says hello when walking around the hotel. We stayed in a studio room that was actually quite spacious. Very clean and smelled very nice. Would recommend everyone to stay here and will definitely stay here again. "

"Check in person was pleasant and helpful. No handle on bathroom faucet. Shower sprayed outside of shower curtain all over the floor. Bath mat to dry the floor. Only 2 bath towels. I used one to clean the floor around the refrigerator. Refrigerator leaked on the floor. Ice built up in it. Cooling good. Beds comfortable and clean. "
