“I didn't like the fact that the front desk lady at night was very very rude and unprofessional she doesn't need to be rolling her eyes at customers it's a sure way to not have someone not come back and she double charged me and then rudely told me you will get it back whenever I leave I would like to have someone reach out to me asap ”
“Well maintained property with exceptionally pleasant staff. Breakfast was wonderful, with an on-staff omelette chef cooking to order. I had booked 4 nights, but owing to an airline delay arrived the second morning. I fully expected to pay the contracted 4 nights, but instead they checked me in early and charged for only 3!
I will certainly stay at this hotel on future visits to Lubbock. I believe the expression is "Wreck 'em!"

“Love this hotel! I stay here every time we come to Lubbock, for the last 6 yrs. I like that the rooms are so spacious, especially the suites. High ceilings, lots of open space. Best rooms I've seen for a very inexpensive price. Breakfast is advertised as continental, but offers way more than most continental (muffin assortment). This offered waffles, eggs, and biscuit w gravy. ”
