Thru a very stressful week in life, this is the one space Iโve found some peace and quiet to regroup. Our family is very grateful for your hospitality, the cleanliness of our spaces, the comfortable hot tub, and business center. โI didn't like the fact that the front desk lady at night was very very rude and unprofessional she doesn't need to be rolling her eyes at customers it's a sure way to not have someone not come back and she double charged me and then rudely told me you will get it back whenever I leave I would like to have someone reach out to me asap โ
โThe parking was a little challenging unless you had the option to valet park. Not always available, but I found street parking every time. The hotel is amazing! I love it, and have stayed here four times now, passing through Lubbock to drive to Santa Fe, or Fort Worth. I love the beds and the wonderfully decorated rooms. The stocked refrigerator is a great option if you get in late or just need a snack. The courtyard with fire pits, tables, and lots of seating is beautiful at night. Stay out...
โWonderful, renovated suite with fine furnishings and finishes. The area is pretty noisy, but I was able to make a short-notice reservation. Would stay here again!โ
