The rooms stink. They are not clean. I requested a non smoking room and both rooms smelled like smoke. Bathrooms were gross and bed bugs/bugs in the rooms! ! . The second room was just as bad with of gnats. Nothing seems up to code for 279$. The bed sheets were stained, the towels were stained, the floor felt greasy, the mirror was dirty and the overall hotel was very dirty. Still waiting on refund…. worst experience ever. DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY

The front desk guy was nice and held the room bc we got in late, but the room itself kinda sucked. Mold on the shower ceiling, water took forever to warm up, killed 5 bugs in bathroom/bedroom, road noise from trucks was loud, and they doubled the regular price bc it was grad weekend at Penn State. I'm not a hotel snob by any means, but it was hard to sleep due to the above.

Parking was easy, I did not take a pet but I believe it was pet friendly enough to take a pet if you wanted too. It was nice and clean when I went into the room, only con was the bathroom door did not close but I was the only one in the room so it wasn’t really a huge deal. I would definitely stay there again if I needed a place to stay for a few nights.

I had a great time at this motel! The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly, and parking was a breeze—it was super easy to get in and out. Plus, it’s conveniently located near State College.

Have stayed at this hotel several times in the past, and while not exceptional, was always clean and staff friendly. This time I noticed that the general condition of the property has deteriorated; lamp fixtures broken, not really enough lights in the room, shower walls peeling and not in the best condition. At 1:30 am, I was awakened by a banging on my door, and someone attempting to open the door. When I looked, it was the owner; I opened the door and they said, "Oh sorry, wrong room. I didn't know you were in this room." Needless to say, I didn't get much sleep that night, and couldn't believe that the proprietor of the hotel didn't know who was in what room.

The room is what you would expect for the price. The staff is super friendly and very eager to help with anything. However the bed was very hard an its set right next to a major road so cars an trucks zoom by all hours of day an night. Everything else was as described an they ARE dog friendly so it made it very convenient for us traveling with pur furry friends!

Room was spacious and comfortable. There is thermostat controlled heat, so no window unit going on and off all night. Water pressure in the shower was great and water temperature easy to control. Towels and wash cloths were thick and soft. Highly recommend.

Parking spots are tight. My car was hit over night when we went to check out the car that hit us was gone leaving no information or anything about hitting our car. Staff was not helpful in giving us information about who stayed in the room next to ours..
