"Location great, clean hotel, but staff do not Respect clean/do not disturb instructions. We stayed 8 days and room was only cleaned once, despite leaving sign on and notifying reception."

"I booked this hotel because it was cheaper, and even then it was too expensive for the quality of the hotel. The staff is kind and the location is excellent, but other than that...the place is very old and in desperate need of renovations. My shower sprayed water all over the bathroom every time I used it, there was mold, the bed and pillows seem decades old and so uncomfortable, etc. Nothing was anyone's "fault"...it's just really old. I personally don't think it's worth the money, but it's up to you to decide what is a good value/deal for you."

"This is the 3rd time I've stayed at this hotel. The hotel's location is PERFECT ... mere meters from the Marienplatz. The hotel is charming, clean and modern, with a great breakfast buffet and very helpful friendly staff. "
