Pool hours are ridiculous. If you are going to charge a resort fee then the pool hours should be extended past 6pm.

Checked in to room to discover room was not clean, there was mold growing in the tube there were also hairs in the tube, the carpets were not vacuumed and the room not dusted. The room was not in rentable condition. The front desk decided to give us another room. This room was cleaner but the a/c was not working properly and it was making a very loud noise, extremely hard to sleep with the noise. Unfortunately this was one of the hottest weekends of the year. You either take the heat or bear with the noisy AC..Also the heat lamp in the restroom was out and the vent was not working. I again informed the front desk person about the issue in the room and it seem that she was very irritated be me informing her of the codification on the room. She ultimately sent a maintenance person and he replaced the light but said he needed a part to fix the AC.

Room was not ready, there was a utility cart inside our room and someone fixing a light. The floors had not been vacuumed. There were cigarette butts on the balcony and the patio furniture was in need of repair. The linens were dirty. The bathroom was disgusting. I would not stay here again.
