"Nice place. In Arts distric, walking distance from Beale St. Across the street from civil rights museum. Only thing negative is parking 30$ per night. "
"There isn’t another place I would’ve picked or preferred! It is a fantastic “resort” and from the quality of the staff and facilities to the home like rooms with the most comfortable beds! I highly recommend!"
"Clean room and friendly staff. The only gripe I have is a small one and it has nothing to do with customer service because that aspect was excellent. I just do not like these sliding barn doors for the bathroom that so many hotels are going to. But the hotel itself is great. We saw a show at FedEx Forum and I always try to get hotels within walking distance and this location was perfect."
"The staff is so friendly! They make sure that we are comfortable, informed, and enjoying our stay. I will never forget the bellman Dedric. I prejudged him. I thought that he would be rude and short with us. To our surprise he didn’t hesitate to take the time to explain to us the things we needed to know to ensure we were ready to enjoy our stay. He has a rare ability to be assertive and kind at the same time.
He has a tattoo on his neck, it led me to prejudge him, but when he began to speak and welcome my family back to Memphis has led us to our new go-to spot to stay each time we come home to visit. When we lived here (Peabody Place, Clariage House , and The William Lyn, now the Residence Inn), but we will be staying at the Hu!! "
"Awesome staff. LaSonya is an incredible human, as is her colleague who checked us in. These two women should run the joint — best customer service ever, NO NOTES!"
