The Microtel is a nice, relatively inexpensive place to stay in Ste. Genevieve. Breakfast options are somewhat limited. Overall, it is a very good value for the price.

The room was very clean and had a comfortable feeling to it. I liked that I could easily control the temperature in the room. The manager was responsive. However, I had to change rooms because the TV set wouldn’t work in the first room.

The pre check-in process really helped speed things along when we got to the hotel. The beds were comfortable the room was clean. The only real “complaint” was you could hear the other hotel guests outside of the room and then going in/out of the room next to ours. And the only room “flaw” was the toilet paper was way across from the toilet and my daughter couldn’t reach it. Neither of these things negatively impacted my 5-start rating. Would stay here again.

Fantastic hotel for the money. Clean, thoughtful, computer/printer available, grab and go breakfast has creative options, refrigerator/microwave/blow dryer, free wifi, friendly staff. Limited toiletries, weird tv options, but otherwise AHHH-MAY-ZING!
