The front desk guy seemed to have a bit of an attitude but the lady I spoke with on the phone was very nice and understanding. Very clean and quiet. We had a pet room and there was definitely an odd smell tlbut thats expecting with pets. My dog loved the hunt. The sheets smelled fresh and everything was comfortable. "
