The hotel advertises a rooftop bar or restaurant, but upon arrival staff did not mention it at all. When we asked, we were told it was closed, as was the pool. No further explanation, alternatives, or compensation were offered. The complimentary breakfast was average, with the same items every morning and no omelet station. If a rooftop bar or amenities matter to you, this is not the place to stay.

The only negative note I had was I wanted to be able to go to my balcony to check out the city from my room but besides that. I had a WONDERFUL stay. The rooms were nicely organized and cleaned and the showers felt amazing. If I ever go to Chicago, i will definitely book with them again!
