Hotel had a great location. Most of the staff was uninterested in helping with any issues. Floors were the standard hotel dirty feeling. No hot water the first night, which the staff did fix immediately the next morning. Comped us breakfast passes which were useless as the staff never answered the phone or returned phone calls to take our order. If we had to do it again, we would not stay here.
