Neil, Anna Paula, Melissa, Hailee, Lina and many others are always so quick to respond to any needs I have and I love the peaceful view of the River view from my balcony and the closeness to many shops and restaurants. โ

โWe had the large tub suite. Room itself looks beautiful except gap on at bottom if door let kight and bugs in. Sink was slow. Maintenance did not fix while we were there. Exterior of building ceilings, doors, stairwells needs maintenance still. The breakfast never changed at all for the 3 days we were there. I wish they would have offered a dairyfree milk and gluten free option. Ryan's Pub inside hotel is the best. Licals love it's cheap prices and chance to play pool. Fast service with...
