“It's nice to relax especially Spa was quite good to experience”

“When we arrived there was only 1 towel for us both. We called reception and they said towels were being washed. When we return 5 hours latter, still no towel. We called reception again and were told nobody was on site and we needed to ask in the morning. In the morning we asked staff serving breakfast and did receive 1 more towel. There was a limit of 1 towel per person per stay. Then we could have a shower. However, with no shower curtain, the floor got very wet. We did not wish to wipe up with...

“We had a really great time in the Japanese baths. So many different choices and very quiet and relaxing. Dinner at Minamo was just ok, but breakfast was pretty nice. Overall, we enjoyed our time and plan to come back.”
