"Nice property, great pool comfortable beds, We Got to our room and there was a picture barely hanging on the wall and there was mounting hooks on it the desk. The front desk staff were not very friendly, never even acknowledged us except when we checked in. Seemed bothered when we asked about lost and found. Overall nice location and nice hotel."

"This is a Hyatt Vacation Club property with on-site sales force. So, the property was immaculate, the amenities functional, and the room in perfect shape! We had a large one bedroom - with separate open concept kitchen/living/dining room. The bathroom was very large, with separate shower and very large tub. There was also an outdoor patio facing the red rock mountains. Get the second floor if possible for the best view and assured quiet. Property is adjacent to a small mall with eat-in/take-out restaurant. This Hyatt is centrally located and within five minutes walk of pink jeep tour offices and other amenities (shops and restaurants). It is an 8 minute walk to Tlaquepaque. Parking was included."

"This hotel was a pleasant surprise for our quick Sedona overnight to experience the floating sound bath. It is located in Oak Creek Village about 17 mins from the community pool. Completed pre check in online and recieved my keys promptly upon check in. The viewing deck was a great view on a dark night. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Was surprised to find a fridge and microwave in my room close to office and ice machine. It was just right for a friend an I and we appreciated how close it was to a few restaurants gas station and hiking trail heads"
