“Not helpful front desk staff. They sell an upgrade package without the details. They mentioned 2 sets of cards and dice as upgrade package. Why not a good souvenir from casino hotel but they give pierced dice and cards which was discarded after use from casino. These are of no use to casino and needs to be discarded even you want to earn money with this. Staffs were unprofessional and no clue”

“Did not meet our expectations, for the price expected much more. I would not recommend the Michigan city area for anybody to take a vacation.”

“Overall an OK hotel. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good. We had a family suite and it was spacious. The room was over the main entrance so the view was basically a roof. We slept well. The shower only ran very hot water so the mixing valve must be broken. The shower curtain was dirty.”

“Check in was quick and easy, the room had everything we needed and breakfast was great. Located right off I-94 and having Walmart right across the street was a bonus.”
