The room was very clean and cozy, and the owner was incredibly nice and hospitable. My favorite part of the stay was the breakfast and the free cookies. What really stood out to me was how accommodating the owner was. My brother decided to join us last minute even though I had booked for only three people. I reached out to let her know, and she kindly updated the booking to four guests without any extra charge. I truly appreciated her flexibility and hospitality. I definitely recommend!

Well worth the visit

We stayed in room 12 at the back of the property for a long birthday weekend. It was fantastic (made even more special because the staff recognized that it was our birthday even thought we didn’t tell them and they made it special)! Room was clean and bed was comfy. Shower was small but there is no way to make it bigger because of the slant of the roof. I didn’t think we would need the efficiency kitchen but I was wrong. It was nice to have a place to store leftovers, wine and beer, and snacks. I have seen reviews about noise but I think they be referring to the rooms in the main building. We had no issues with noise (and there was a sound machine in the room too!). Breakfast was wonderful and we really appreciated access to coffee, tea, water, and cookies in the lobby all the time. We enjoyed sitting the lobby or out on the porch to enjoy our drinks.

This is an incredible inn with an amazing staff and so many special touches. Wassail available, a fire in the parlor, a bar with awesome cocktails, a jar of cookies, the best breakfast ever, plush robes and fabulous people who treat you like family.
