Centrally located and nice, but smaller than expected. Also, beware that there is no elevator and the steps are quite steep. Hauling luggage up can be tricky.

Lovely flat in perfect location

Lovely flat in the perfect location, right onto the old square with cafees underneath, but very quiet anyway. Dogs allowed, and even get a foggie goody bag.

My room was gorgeous, clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the square. I never received prior communication about check-in, but a sign on the door to the building informed me to check-in at a different location around the corner. That was fairly simple, but I was charged for the room a second time. Later I realized I had already paid for the room online, went back the next morning, and got a refund. The refund could only be in cash. My room had a door to an adjoining room with a sign on it that said it was a fire exit for the adjoining room. That's pretty wild, but I just turned on my cognitive dissonance, and nothing happened. Seems very unsafe though.

Schönes apartment im vierten Stock direkt am Markt

Sehr komfortable Unterkunft mit Küche. Allerdings im vierten Stock ohne Aufzug. Checkin an der Rezeption im Hotel um die Ecke.

Wir waren im Mart Fuffzehn Apartment in Stralsund und insgesamt war der Aufenthalt gut. Das Apartment selbst war schön eingerichtet und mit einer Basic-Küche ausgestattet, in der man sich kleine Mahlzeiten zubereiten konnte. Allerdings liegt die Wohnung im dritten Stock, was mit Gepäck und ohne Aufzug schon recht anstrengend sein kann. Wer nicht gut Treppen steigen kann, sollte das unbedingt bedenken. Ein großer Minuspunkt war leider das Parken. Laut Expedia-Navi sollte ein Parkplatz hinter dem Haus verfügbar sein. Dort haben wir kurz gehalten, um auszuladen, mit Zettel im Auto, dass wir gleich wegfahren. Leider hat die Bäckerei direkt den Abschleppdienst gerufen – obwohl Platz war. Das war ziemlich ärgerlich, aber wohl typisch, wenn man mit Hamburger Kennzeichen unterwegs ist. Fazit: Schönes Apartment, aber man sollte sich vorab gut über die Parksituation informieren und auf die vielen Treppen gefasst sein.

到着時に入り口のPINコードをメールで入手してたが、無人チェックインシステムが立ち上がっていなかった。電子メールの問い合わせに応答なく、やむなく国際電話で助けを求めたら近所の系列ホテルにつながった。チェックアウト時もエラー連発で近所の系列ホテルでチェックアウト処理した。さて階段が暗くて傾いているが室内はレストア済み。キッチンは綺麗で使い良い。寝具も良好。バストイレも清潔で気持ちよい。しかしシャワーの湯量がすこしさみしい。冬場のシャンプーは辛いかも。冷蔵庫、トースター、湯沸かしポット、コーヒーメーカー、カトラリ類も清潔。

Tolle Unterkunft in perfekter Lage und als sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für einen Besuch auf Rügen. Sehr einfacher Check-In und schön, dass das Partnerhotel gleich um die Ecke ist.

Fantastisk by

Selve byen var fantastisk, hotellet lå fantastisk, men på toilettet var der ikke støvet af for støv i meget lang tid, værelset var rigtigt varmt, på trods af at vejeret ikke var alt for godt, kunne ikke sove med åbent vindue da der var en del larm fra torvet, også tidligt morgen da lastbiler kom med vare til de forskellige restauranter. Tag din egen hovedpude med.

Das Zimmer war leider viel zu klein und fast in der obersten Etage. Nur durch sehr viele Treppen zu erreichen. Mit Koffer eine Herausforderung.

Im Großen und Ganzen war alles schön. Die Matratzen waren sehr weich- für mich zu weich. Leider war das Gebäude auch sehr hellhorig, so dass man im Urlaub sehr früh durch die Bewirtschaftung geweckt wurde.
