“The ambiance of the property was fabulous. It is an old building and was charming. The main bed was comfortable BUT the futon's were actually chairs that folded out and they were EXTREMELY uncomfortable. There was no staff available. It was all contactless. The bar was the same no people. If you didn't have cell phone to use the QR code you could not get a drink. The breakfast if you didn't pay for it in advance was not available as expected. I found the place charming but unwelcoming. However...

“We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly. Food was delicious - great value for money and evening entertainment was great! Would recommend to family and friends travelling in the area and would definitely stay again.”

“First time staying at the hotel as I normally stay in Inverness when visiting on business.
Only about 20-25 mins North of Inverness and easy to access.
Friendly welcome from the reception and was taken to room by the staff.
Room modern and looks to be recently revamped so it was spotless.
Had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and both times staff were friendly and food was good standard.
Will use the hotel in future when in the area.”
