Room was so cold I had to get a space heater even after complaining about it and given extra blankets. They only allow two bath towels per room so I had to buy bath towels from Target. Sink was slow to drain. The tub and shower both ran at the same time. No microwave or fridge in room. Most of the staff was okay except the young girl at the front desk who was extremely unprofessional and rude. Inexpensive hotel, but not worth the money you're saving.

The staff was top notch... so friendly and kind and helpful!! The place is super run down, they are doing some exterior work and lobby work but the room I stayed in which I paid $175 through Expedia was only $140 through the hotel, but the calling paint and texture is peeling, there was mold on the ceilings in the bathroom, the elevator had puke blood or something on the dark chocolate carpet walls, the place has potential but needs a ton of money for renovations... there's so much more but I'm gonna stop here!!

No hot tub even though it is the first picture on the property with the pool. Run down. Pictures reflect property in its prime and not current condition. Hop in wall, cracks in sink, door shredded, curtains stained, cigarette smoke came into the room via the vent, sliding glass door bar did not lock. Bedding and pillows were cheap and low quality. Bed frame was broken and slanted.

First night was ok Wasn’t there much. Beds are lumpy and you could feel the springs in the mattress. The 2nd night Simone must have occupied the room above me. I woke up and took a shower. Opened up my dip kit and it was soaked and filled with water. It ruined my medications my tooth brush and other sundries. I was unable to brush my teeth’s or take my medications. Desk clerk was nice about it. Said I needed to make a formal complaint to Expedia since they were the hooking agent.

This hotel is unique but a lot of untapped potential. It’s currently quite rundown. The room itself was clean and dusted, but the shower and toilet could have used more attention. There was no fridge or microwave in the room, but you can request them. The pool view area gives off a tropical vibe with its plants, gazebos, and little bridges. It feels like you’re outside but it also is neglected and empty. With regular maintenance and some updates to the rooms, this place could become a fantastic destination for all kinds of groups. The staff was very friendly! I imagine it was awesome when it first opened.

Place needs to be updated. Room was big and dreary. A/C ran all night and the water spout for the tub was pulled away from the wall an inch. Lots of carpet everywhere. Beautiful grounds and conveniently located for the area though. For the price I'll most likely not return if other Hotels are available.
