You will need a car anyway to go in sturgeon bay center, but it’s an okay hotel. Breakfast close by 9am and there isn’t a lot of option when it’s refilled in time. The pool is nice but nothing more.

Our room was very clean, and the air conditioner was working great, Friendly lady at the front desk who checked us in explained where everything was and which door was closest to our room.The outside curb appeal needs some attention/work, mostly the areas next to the building.

Old run down looks likes people living there, felt unsafe, loud and room was super humid. The worst Best Western I have ever stayed at.

The whole building smelled musty and the carpet in the room seemed damp. The air conditioning blew straight up into the curtain and didn’t cool off the room. The beds were hard, bath towels really small, the thin blanket on the bed was probably from the 80s, sandwiched between 2 flat sheets. It’s kind of a bad sign when the hallways need Glade plug-ins to improve the smell. Not worth what we paid to stay there.

The check-in process was fine and staff was friendly. But overall the place is rough. The mattress was one of the worst I've slept on and the bathroom door is so hard to open, you panic for a moment that you might be stuck inside. I'm guessing they are working on landscaping because everything on the grounds is just dirt. We thought it was not a good value for the price.
