"Breakfast not quite what was pictured"

"Although the hotel was clean, there were boogers on the inside of the shower curtain. Always a great surprise to wake up to. I was in Room 208 on the second floor. There was a noise coming through the walls every 1-3 mins. Sounded like a loud heat pump or machine running. It was NON STOP all night. I had to turn the bathroom fan on, tv, AC, and music on to drown out the noise."

"Felt like i received a little attitude because i booked through third party. For the money spent, it was an excellent value. Things like dirty stained carpet in elevator, hallways the same. The room was spacious but those couches are rough, so hard! Had coffee/tea in room plus refrigerator. Breakfast buffet was adequate also. Overall, it was okay. Would not have wanted to pay full price."

"Room was dingey. Had to refuse first room because bed was so slanted would have woke up with a head rush. Toilet was so loud it scared the dog and woke us up. Second key they gave didn't work. No ice machines available. Tiniest bottles.of.shampoo and conditioner I have ever seen. Like not even enough for two people for one shower. No AC in hallways was being used. Could.not provide receipt for dog fee upon check out. I would never stay here again!"
