“We checked and found out that we would be on the second floor, and I explained that our son would need to be on the ground floor..totally on us. They did accommodate but moved us into an older badly needing renovation room. Our room was very dated from the 90’s and was extremely small for four adults, especially one adult with mobility issues. Our room was infested with beetles, on the floor on our beds and evening crawling up our arms. The bathrooms were so small that you had to open the door...
