"Room is small but all you need for somewhere to sleep! Bed only made with one single duvet and pillow but found others in drawer under bed. The bar is nice with a decent choice and good coffee. Staff were very helpful. We had the app to use for the lift and room key but it did keep glitching so would advise to turn off WiFi and use data as the WiFi wouldn’t always load out the room. Enjoyed our stay and would go again if in Copenhagen as in a good location to reach station/Tivoli and centre."

"Luxury hotel just over the bridge from the old town. It was lovely and quiet. Very close to the Metro to go most places you would want to go. I didn’t elect breakfast so cannot comment on that. Staff were very professional and friendly."

There was only a little confusion regarding our breakfast at check out. Staff was very fast to take out the breakfast charges upon my presentation of my booking on Expedia. "

"Short walk to and from the Old Town and central railway station. Staff very helpful (especially Erik) with food recommendations. Bar had a happy hour! Breakfast was plentiful and included. Room was small but had every needed amenity. Only complaint was that we were too hot - our fault as we only realised we could open the windows in the morning! Given that Denmark were playing at home that day it was thoroughly enjoyable."
