"The breakfast was the best part. Sower did not have any water pressure, and the shower drain was plugged up. was charged $15 a day for parking per room for 3 days. we had 2 rooms and only 1 car was charged $90. Explained that to them we only had 1 car we got ripped off. No access to beach. Hot tub was not in service."

" To make matters worse I accidentally left an expensive pair of sunglasses in the bathroom. I am absolutely certain of where I left them. By the time I realized and contacted the hotel right after my Uber had already left I was told nothing had been found. That response is extremely concerning and disappointing. Overall this experience was frustrating and unacceptable. Between the lack of cleanliness and the handling of my lost item I will be escalating this issue to corporate."

"Property was run down, switched rooms because of mold found on the boxspring of the bed. Comforter was so lumpy that was uncomfortable to sleep with, and no other blankets were available. It was advertised hot tub, but the hot tub was broke. The pool was not heated and there was never any pool towels on the shelf.. terrible smell in the main areas, especially the hallways. In the morning, the coffee was good, but other than that, there was a few pastries put out but very limited breakfast. Would definitely not go back and would not recommend. Was told I would receive one day credit and only received a partial one day credit."

"Parking was $8 per day not free at this Hotel, i guess that's the racket in Daytona, Hotel room was clean but needed some TLC i.e. the front door was broken had to slam it to close it, the sink wouldn't drain properly, lighting in the room was off not plugged in and wires were sticking out from the wall, the fridge was broken not working at all, the pool was not Heated, The Tiki Bar was gone umm The TIKI Inn is the name of the Hotel...,other than that Great one night stay."

"If booking an ocean view I would request 2nd floor and above. Ocean Front doesn't matter. I can't say enough on how accommodating and friendly the staff is. The room looked to be brand new as the stove looked never used. Same for the coffee pot. Water pressure was a little low from my liking but that's just how it is sometimes. The building and the grounds were well taken care of and very clean. The weekend I was there we had 30 mile an hour winds that was blowing sand everywhere. Next morning place look like nothing happened. First time staying in the area and I'll never stay at another location other than fantasy island resort 2"
