When we arrived, the receptionist didn’t seem to have our booking on the system. The room we were given smelled damp and we requested the other and the smell got worse like mould kind of smell. My partner requested another one which was on the second floor and it seems to be okay but the wooden table which took a big surface area didn’t seem to have cleaned and we can see marks all over the place. No cups for coffee facilities, only one tiny toilet roll and no one came to clean room nor emptied bin for our entire 3 nights stay. Receptionist can hardly speak English and we had to help ourselves with clean towels one day and on our third day, at around 9AM, no water supply and when asked, a housekeeping girl spoke Thai and pointed upstairs and I can only assume they were cleaning water tank. I had to use my face wipe to clean my face as no water at all and if I stayed away for the afternoon and still no water, I will have to find alternate accommodation. Tiny ants crawled around the room, I had an ant on my neck as I felt the pain. The area wasn’t great, even we wanted to walk, there wasn’t a proper pedestrian walk so it was a bit dangerous. Breakfast time wasn’t good either, one of the girls who was behind the food counter was brushing her hair then put the hair up like a ponytail. It was utterly unacceptable. No one tempted to come to serve us at all and we had to go to the reception to ask. I would not call this as a hotel as it lacks of basic services, not recommended
Needed a cheap, clean place for an overnight in Surat Thani town. Small port city nothing going on. This was great! Under $20 a night, basic but clean with a few amenities. Downsides - no breakfast but there is a cafe, but don’t bother. Pricey and not good, better off going into town. That’s the other ding, it’s further than I thought from the city center - 25 min walk.
What an amazing hostel. This place shames all the other 4X hotels i have stayed in during my trip to Thailand. It was the most comfortable bed i have feel a sleep on. The shower and living space was just right. A real gem and i would recommend anybody to stay here.
Kaikesta huolimatta hotellista jäi ihan ok fiilis.
Great value for a one night stay in transit. Pleasantly surprised at the quality for the cost as we normally stay at sites that are more expensive and did not know what to expect.
not great. staff friendly but hotel old and worn with smells and a large unwelcome guest in bathroom

nice place , good service , have car park , not far from several place
