“I didn’t like the fact that they don’t have housekeeping, the bathroom was super tiny, it was hard to wash your hands. They didn’t have parking lots, very hard to find one close by ”

“Great property, great size, suite was very nice just wish it had a door in the bedroom for more privacy.. parking was to expensive especially since I self parked $40 is a bit much for guest. ”

“It was right in front of the beach, so there were shops and restaurants. It felt good to have a comfortable bed and clean accommodation.”

“Stayed for a short weekend and had a great experience. Staff was friendly and knowledgable. We were expected to have a late check in due to flight arrival and everything was set up very easily with a lock box. Location was the best part! Such easy access to the boardwalk, beach, and lots of bars/restaurants. ”

“We had a great stay!! The price is amazing for Miami and the room and hotel were clean and spacious. We had all the amenities we needed and it was a 2 min walk from ocean drive with plenty of shops and restaurants around! The front staff was so accommodating to our early check in request and so nice! ”

“We stayed here for two nights.But on the second day, something unbelievable happened. When we got back to the accommodation, our luggage was all moved to another room by the staff and our room was occupied by another guest. Our new room was very messy and small with no kitchen and no sofa bed. Is it possible to open the door and move the guest’s luggage without any contact? I protested because it was so unpleasant, but they kept answering the ridiculous question that the room we originally...

“I come here every year. This is the first time I stayed at their property called the Neptune. When i first checked in the person at the counter checked me in asked if I wanted to upgrade my room for an ocean view room. At first I didn’t want to but then he took me to see the upgraded room and It was the best thing I did. I had the full view of the ocean and on the lower level! The room was fantastic and the house keeping ladies was wonderful! I will always book Neptune! But only if they have...
