“Very nice place the only set back is the church across with the bells ringing during the night. Especially if it’s really hot and the windows are open for air. Besides that the hotel and food ( restaurant) is very good”

“Great spot if you're in the area. The hotel is clean and pleasant. The pool is absolutely beautiful and provides for both lap swimming and lounging. I appreciated the robes and slippers, and the bed was comfy.”

“Super süßes authentisches Hotel ganz nah am Gotthard Tunnel (Nordseite, also bevor man aus Deutschland in den Tunnelgefahren ist). Optimal für einen Zwischenstop auf dem Hinweg, um am nächsten Morgen sehr früh den Tunnel ohne Stau hinter sich zu bringen. Kleines aber sehr leckere Frühstück. Direkt neben den Hotel befindet sich ein 24 Stunden am Tag geöffneter Selbstbedienungs-Laden.”

“Great location, scenic view from the balcony, short walking distance to mount titlis rides and Engelburg train station. Not so great breakfast. Lady at reception was very helpful to accommodate our needs. Gent at the reception needs to work on his listening skills as he cut me while speaking when I tried explaining that we already parked and already had a parking tag and when we asked for a kettle, he generalized us and self assumed that we may use that to cook food, which we were not planning...
