"This was our 2nd stay at the Rice Inn. This room was better as we had a broken chair last visit, there was a stain on the bath (looked like a cigarette burn). The bed was in better condition and comfy.
We liked that the rooms have a fridge and microwave. Since this was our 2nd stay, we came prepared with some food items to heat up and eat. Restaurants are very limited unless you drive 20min to Sutherlin or Oakland. The best stop going North is Roseberg.
Parking was easy and staff were friendly."
"The pillow covers looked like they weren't changed,there was hair on the pillow,on the towel in the bathroom and ice tray was very dirty.The back of the toilet was also dirty.
TV didn't work.

"This was our second stay and it was just as wonderful as it was the first time. The young lady that checked us in was so helpful and pleasant, offering dining suggestions and walking path options. The room was very nice and the view from our balcony overlooked their beautiful garden and the Umpqua river. We’ll definitely be back."
"Even though the property was small and aging exterior, the rooms were surprisingly very clean ! Pool and hot tub were nice. Staff was very friendly. We canceled run down best western near by and stayed here !! Would stay again !"
"It’s was ok for a one night stay, nothing fancy, sink had no stopper almost lost the cap to my hairspray, luckily I had tweezers to fish it out. Sink was incredibly low too, as we were put in an accessible room, which we did not request. Breakfast was pretty good. Again ok for a one night stay."
