Honestly my review comes mostly from the lack of help from the front desk. Asked for cream for my coffee. Wouldn’t help. Said there was nothing he could do. Was a talk guy, I believe his name was Deiter. Just gave me this strange look like I was asking too much of him. Any other hotel, and we have stayed in many, would contact housekeeping or room service to get the guest what they need. To me, it’s the one true sign of a good hotel. Staff who are willing to take care of their guests. Especially with such a simple request. The hotel was clean. The breakfast buffet was nice.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions and gave us practical advices what to visit and how to get there. The rooms were very tidy and clean with comfortable beds. Unfortunately, the noise isolation was poor and we couldn't sleep well as our neighbours played football after beyond midnight. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which provided great variety of delicious food with tasty choices. The other downside was the pool being quite crowded and there was no age limited use, hence you couldn't swim or enjoy the pool at all due to noisy children groups popping up even after 10pm, for example.

Outstanding Check in and out Service and a beautiful hotel on a gorgeous street in the Old town of Munich. The hotel also has 2 wonderful Bavarian Restaurants - the food is delicious. Also they parked our rental car which can be challenging in the old town. We look forward to staying at this hotel again in the future. You won't be disappointed.
