"Our stay was lovely! The hotel and rooms are beautifully decorated with tropical, Miami Beach vibes! Updated everywhere and very clean! Staff was friendly and helpful. Bathroom could use space/shelving of some kind for storage. The sparkling pool is by far the star of the show! On a sunny, warm day and that’s where you want to be all day with gorgeous views of the sea. Comfortable for all, adults and children. Great location, nice little kids club room with gaming, and indoor pool and spa, makes it an ideal spot! Highly recommend!"

"Although on arrival the rooms were clean. They allocated one room in the loft and my friend who is 4ft 10 ins banged her head twice as the ceiling was very low. They did allocate another room. Rooms were very small. We did not want them to change the sheets or bath towels but they did not do the bed properly. Everything else was acceptable. Staff in reception were helpful. Wish the food was slightly cheaper, very expensive breakfast. A full english breakfast with fruits. Juices, cereals, assorted breads and croissants were 11 pounds per head in premier inn which was very enjoyable."

"Near East Cliff Zigzag access to the beach. Please be mindful it can be steep and would need a certain level of balance and leg strength to go down and especially up back to the hotel from the beach."

"Shower temperature oscillated from lukewarm to scalding every 20 seconds. Not just uncomfortable but dangerous. Bathroom didn't have a sink in it. Sink was in the bedroom, right next to the bed. Tap leaking / when closed. Only 2 plug points in the entire room! Used up for the TV and the kettle. Nowhere to charge your phone. 'Double bed' is actually 2 twin beds joined together - and they were of different heights, so beware 'rolling down' and back up again while asleep. Zero cleaning throughout a 4 day stay, no inquiry if we needed anything. Staff member had no idea where our room was, incorrectly directed us to a totally different building. Breakfast strictly average, buffet only. Coffee from machine was undrinkable, preferred the instant Nescafe sachet in the room! Despite all this, the place seemed fully booked, and many people seemed to be thoroughly satisfied. Clientele seems to skew older, and many seemed repeat customers."
