“Super efficient and friendly staff”

“The communication was terrible, we only got the code for the apartment access after we called the owner a few times. Even after he had picked up and said he was sending it, he still didn’t and we had to call him back again. This was all last minute. We had originally booked to stay in the bigger apartment but the owner sent a message on the app to say he had double booked us and were we happy to stay in a smaller apartment with a shared kitchen rather than a private one. “전반적으로 리모델링을 다 해서 깔끔하고 편안합니다. 조식도 깜끔하게 나오고 생각보다좋았습니다.”

“Great hotel, delicious food and very peaceful and quiet location with excellent parking!”

They claimed that there had been a change of ownership/management the week before and even though I myself had only booked two days before my arrival they denied any knowledge of my booking. I was left trying to find an alternative place to stay at 7pm on a Saturday night. Beware of pre booking if this is how they now treat guests....

“The bed was ok, it was a single, lots of storage, kettle with tea bags, tv and a safe. Bathroom light was automatic so goes off if you're in the shower, where there was no shower gel or soap. The internal stairs are fine but getting out the fire escape for out of hours access is where it's tricky. There's a balcony out there with seating. Fine for short stays and there's a bus stop outside for when it runs.”

“We enjoyed our stay and the hotel was exceptional”
