“Maria Pepe and Eleni concierge desk were excellent customer service”

“We were very surprised this is a Michelin key hotel. Yes, it had recently been renovated with lots of marble. Small rooms. Bad breakfast with tiny bufffet. Pool tiny and unclean. Hamman only by appointment. Check in person was arrigant and left us waiting while she did other things. Felt very disrespected.”

“Extremely pleased with our stay. Room was clean and well put together. Many options from mini bar. Breakfast was delicious, especially the orange cake! Terezdina and Andreas were very welcoming and took care of us from ordering taxis to calling a pharmacy when my wife got sick. They knowledgeable of the history of the area and pleasant to talk with. I would recommend to anyone. If you have stumbled upon this review, Just book it! You won’t be disappointed!”

“The staff was wonderful. Very approachable & helpful. They even packed me a take away breakfast the morning I was leaving. I did not care for spa. I paid €85 for deep tissue massage, which was cut short for a facial i did not want. I did not order or have any interest in a facial w my massage”

“The room was more spscious than I thought Ladies at the reption desk were ready to help people all the time From the airport, using taxi is cheaper than their suttle”

“Tv isn’t working, no American channels , no smart tv for Netflix . Room needs updating looks different in pictures. Not sure it’s 5 stars hotel. Pool in room frozen cold . Nice for pictures not for use. Stuff in restaurant were very nice . Breakfast very good. Great beach , location, view.”
