Our TV broke one morning and the repair person was there immediately to fix it. Very pleased with excellent service. Daily breakfast was good in clean, pleasant setting. The hard boiled eggs are already peeled. Pool and workout room clean, plenty of towels. We were pleased with this accomodation "

"Our room was good but the condition of the hallway was terrible with a busted out window blocked up with fiberglass insulation, plastic and tape. The ceiling by the elevator had panels open exposing wires etc. Elevator very old and noisy. The free breakfast was minimal with cheap chicken bologna offered instead of sausage or bacon. Only a couple of cereals, and no yogurt or dairy free milk options, or pancakes. The neighborhood was also not to our liking. Right by major highways and very noisy especially at night when trying to sleep. As the rooms faced the highways. We won't be back."

"Internet sucked. Other than that a great experience. Pool was warm and clean. We asked for extra towels and pillows and they were at our room within minutes. Kids forgot their tooth brushes and the front desk had spare ones. Front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Let us check-in 2 hours early. When we mentioned we were there for the biodome etc they provided useful information. Overall a great experience"
