La comunicaciรณn ha sido muy fรกcil en todo momento, el departmento estaba muy bien equipado (lavavajillas, mรกquina para lavar ropa, cafetera con cafรฉ molido disponible, etc. Decoraciรณn moderna y departamento limpio. Un solo comentario con respecto a la cama, material no tan agradable en las noches, generaba mucho calor. Todo lo demรกs increรญble.โ
โLe logement รฉtait super. Sauf que vous n'avez pas fourni de moyen simple d'y accรฉderย ; il faut appeler pour trouver une solution. Si nous ne pouvons pas appeler, ce serait catastrophique. Il faut simplifier les choses. Permettre au client de payer l'acompte comme il le souhaite, uniquement par carte de crรฉdit cโest difficile pour ceux qui ont des urgences ou de moyens limitรฉs attendre longtemps. Sinon, tout s'est bien passรฉ.โ
โNice clean and tidy property, good location,didnโt see any staff was given access codes for front door and then room which was fine. Nice communal area for tea and breakfast cereal / milk / coffee supplied. Aircon in room was a lifesaver as it was a heatwave! โ

โThe room was huge compared to other hotels in metropolitan cities. Condition and service of the hotel was great for the price. Complimentary breakfast was okay but wish they had better(payable)breakfast service. The hotel's very close to McGill university.โ

"Conveniently located from the airport bus (747) stop --- less than 100m. Hotels staffs are kind to the guests. European style breakfast is good and rooms have facilities for cooking. However, the facility is somewhat old and the toilet lid keeps falling down on its own. I had to use tape to hold it."
