“New and modern furnishing.”

“Convenient restaurants/shops nearby and entertainment at the hotel bar.”

“This is a very nice place in a remote location with nothing much to do but relax. If you like that, go here. Nice breakfast buffet. The restaurant is good and pretty, but the only place you can get a drink within a few miles. Get a duty free bottle before you come. Rooms are not big but big enough with nice balconies with ceiling fans. There is one...

“But it is difficult to get car to return city.”

“Amazing place. The breakfast downstairs is so good. They need to redo the photos for the apartments as it’s loads better than it looks on the site. Great location. Night food market just outside and a great mall next door. Highly recommend.”

“Great value room, very nicely laid out and modern. Only niggle was that the previous guest had smoked in the bathroom and the one evening I stayed, I could smell cigarettes in the corridor from another room. Not much the staff can do about idiots breaking the rules without knocking on every door, so not a fault of the hotel. Also, I stayed only one night so its probably not the norm. I would definitely recommend!”

“Lovely hotel with lovely staff, there's an Orange store (very similar to 7 11) , an Indian restaurant and a cafe all in the vicinity. The only negative is the location as you'll have to take a Grab to travel around Kota Kinabalu.”
