Parking was secure and had a decent amount of parking for the fact it was right next to the Tacoma dome. There is a parking lot right behind that but most guests just circled the garage, hoping to find a spot. The rooms were absolutely pristine as far as cleanliness. I left too early to try any breakfast.

I was pleasantly surprised by how professionally run, clean and safe this hotel was, considering the location downtown. The property was on par with higher rated hotels and had been renovated with quality finishes. The staff I encounted were all professional in appearance, friendly and capable. The parking garage, surround exterior grounds, lobby, halls and my room were all spotless. One of the elevators was out of order but it was a non-issue, the other elevator worked great and I never had to wait long for it. I had a short and quiet stay and would recommend to friends as a solid option when in town.

We went for an event at Tacoma Dome - upon arriving they had one poor staff person trying to check in the long line of guests. Parking was a nightmare, elevators were broken, and the dingy stairwell to get up to our room had cigarette butts etc in it. Room was fine, basic. Hotel was quiet, dated, and very so-so. Breakfast was adequate & did the trick. For a hotel close to our venue, great. But if I were going for any other reason - would not stay here again.
