“Great place to stay”

“Pillows were too firm. A/C unit kept waking me up. View was to the indoor pool. Room was spacious. Poor lighting especially for an interior room with no natural light. Bathroom was small but clean. No in room safe. For a “resort” property I expect 24/7 eatery or room service. This is just a casino with hotel. It is not a resort. The Steakhouse was pretty good. Casino reeks of smoke. “The location is perfect in Tahoe City, right across the street from The Commons. It was close to great food, drinks and bakery’s. I stayed in room 8, which was on the top floor. The room was spotless, the bedding very comfortable and of high quality. I slept really well and it was very quiet. I appreciated the shampoo, body lotion and conditioner. The thing I DIDNT LIKE was the check in process. I sent them 3 texts asking them how I check in with no response. I later found 4 emails from them...

“Stayed in a cabin. It was pretty Cold outside. But it was beautiful. Like camping with many conveniences. Loved it!”

“We arrived late. The lobby was busy. I later learned they were training new staff. We paid for a king bedroom and was given a queen bedroom. When we turned the sheets, we found a very big stain. They moved us and offered some snacks. We said no. We spoke to the manager the next morning. It was a nice conversation. The morning staff was amazing in the kitchen and the lobby probably because they were the regular staff. I let them know that I understand staff training and shortages but that stain...

“My experience was good, the room was fairly clean there was some dusty areas along with some hair and debri in the bathroom. Staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was a little disappointing. There was no scrambled eggs or milk. Those are basic breakfast items. The orange juice machine was out of order. The fruit seemed old (apples,oranges), the only fresh fruit was the cantaloupe. Overall our stay was good. Everything is new and modern.”

“새로 지은 건물인듯 했습니다. 모든게 깨끗했고 침구도 포근 했어요. 마음놓고 음식을 해먹어도 된다고 체크인 할때 설명을 들었도.. 원하면 필요한 도구들도 빌려주겠다고 흔쾌히 설명해주셨습니다. 음식을 해먹을 수 있는 곳인데도 룸에 냄새가 나지 않는 것도 좋았습니다. 저희는 레이크 타호에서 휴가를 즐겼는데 그리 가깝지 않는 거리가 유일한 아쉬움이었네요”

“투베드 2박을 예약했었습니다. 체크인 시 키를 받아 방에 들어가니 침대가 하나 뿐인 방이었습니다. 다시 카지노 건물의 체크인 하는 곳으로 가서 문제를 제기하니 죄송하다며 다른 방 키를 주었습니다. 받아서 다시 호텔 건물로 와서 문을 열어 보니 침대는 두 개인데 다른 사람의 짐이 들어 있더군요. 황당하고 화가 났습니다. 다시 카지노 건물로 가서 항의하니 착오로 방이 바뀌었다며, 그 방에 들어”

“길가에 있지만 안쪽으로 길게 연결되어 있어서 위치에 따라 조용하게 지낼 수 있음. 비치가 5분 거리에 가까이 있어서 산책하기에 좋은 환경 ”
