"The hotel room was spacious and very clean. Has all the amenities we need and walking distance to train stations. Grocery store right next door is a plus. Will stay here again on our next visit to Tokyo "

"The cafe attached the hostel was a really nice to have in the morning. The bartender at the restaurant was great and gave me some recommendations for later in my trip. The location is a little quieter than other parts of Tokyo which I liked. Met lots of cool people during my stay. I’d definitely come back. "

"We really liked this location in the “sumo” neighbourhood. Close to train stations and easy access to tourist attractions.
Lots of restaurants close by.
The customer service could improve, we stayed for 6 nights and our room was serviced once. Also, only way you’re getting an early check-in or late checkout is by paying ¥2000 per hour. So check-in and checkout time are really busy..
The hotel is nice. There is a common area on the second floor as well as a Lawson’s. Opt for a twin corner room if you can, the rooms we clean, comfortable, and modern, we would stay here again."
"The staff were incredibly helpful and went to a lot of trouble trying to track down a parcel I left in a taxi.
We really appreciated the treats and drinks available in the foyer as well as the very reasonably priced breakfast.
The location was excellent and the rooms small but very comfortable and well designed."
"Amazing to step inside and feel a calm atmosphere, then stepping out into the street and its right into akiba action. Doesn't feel like I'm staying in the middle of everything. Staff very kind and patient. "
"We spent two nights recently at the Hotel Metropolitan Marunouchi in Tokyo prior to going on a cruise. The hotel was in a great location right by Tokyo's main train station (also near to the Emperor's Palace area), and is located on the top several floors of a taller building. We had great views of the city from our room, enjoyed meals at the restaurant (also - great views), and were able to get to various parts of the city we wanted to see easily. The hotel was relatively cost effective as well, and the staff was very helpful. Highly recommended."
"Convenient location close to train and dining. Staff was very helpful but English was a challenge for some of them. Concierge was helpful but sent us to an attraction on a day it was closed. Had we checked ourselves we would have seen that it was always closed on that day of the week. "
