"Staff was very polite and helpful. However they did take the phone number of my guest for contact information. I think it would have been more appropriate to take my information, since the reservation was under my name & paid by me. Room has extravagant & quirky decorations, but is very much in need of a deep cleaning! Lots of dust on the mirrors, tiles, and under the bed. A/C cannot be controlled within the room, and Staff must be called if it needs to be turned on/off. Breakfast is included,...

My only complaint is: when arriving and having booked on Expedia, it took some time to figure out how to check in since they use a Kiosk. Had to call the front desk to help figure that part out. Other than that I would definitely stay her again! For the price, convenience and cleanliness this place was a steal!"
