沒有電梯，廁所裝潢很有特色其他都算還OK 優點:房間沒蚊子(原本擔心有蚊子) 缺點: 插座在床上方(正上方 )不方便價位也OK

到達前需事先聯絡，減少屋主不在時的等候時間。邊邊空地可以停車，館內有飲水機可以使用，但2樓飲水機下方瀝水的籃子建議清潔乾淨，整體上的乾淨度會更高。

房東都只用電話跟我們聯繫沒到現場帶位跟我講下午三點之後就沒人了熱水器的水很溫跟我說房客都覺得水很熱....電視跟我說沒有訊號（那是否應該有別的處理例如退款或是住宿打9折）只跟我說句不好意思就結束了房間棉被也很薄想在多要一件棉被跟我說要提早講棉被都借給別人了 ... 但他們的棉被真的很薄一件 .... 還被安排在四樓沒有電梯整體兩顆心沒有兩千塊的價值

有品味品質的新房子

五大優點: 1.這間民宿有自己的停車空間,不用找路邊停車. 2.房子很新,磁磚壁磚很講究,衛浴設備也好,洗髮精用了很驚豔,不是賣場便宜的那種,我毛躁的頭髮都順了~ 3.床軟硬適中,枕頭棉被都很舒適,我是不好睡的人都可以睡得很好. 4.這一棟是專門for旅客,主人在另一邊,所以可以很自在.Check-in的指示很清楚. 5.走路到夜市只要15分鐘. 兩大建議: 1.房間不大,三人房若真的住三位大人會顯得很侷促;一樓的客廳若有電視會更好,這樣在客廳吃晚餐/消夜的空間就會比房間舒服. 2.有陽台很棒,建議在陽台放1~2張椅子,可以在陽台吃東西或是方便曬衣服.

整體房間很整潔，亦頗大，看得出房東裝修很用心，設備很細心，房子旁邊有停車位，可泊2車，地下層是公共空間，我們一行6人，當晚訂了3房間，屋內共3層，每層2房間，1房是2床房，另一房是3床房，我們是2人一房間(其實是2雙人床房，勉強可訓4人），所以我們分別住1、2、3樓，除了3樓Wi-Fi 比較弱，其他房間接收都沒有問題，因沒有其他房客，我們一團人包了整間房子，所以行李箱不用搬上房間，放在地下層，否則搬上樓房間就有點吃力，因房子沒有reception，故需提早通知房東大約何時會到達，以便他們有點準備，check in 時間最遲晚上9時，因我沒有check email (房東原來在當天早上有email 問我），故去到大約6pm見烏燈黑火，有點不知所措，幸好他們有聯絡電話掛在門口，電聯後，大約10分鐘內便到達開門我們後，很細心講解屋內情况，設備如何，解釋得很清楚，因為是在住宅區，所以附近晚上很寧靜！這房子物超所值，下次再次去台東，必屬首選！
