Nice hotel in a beautiful area. Staff was great and everything was clean. Everything is quite dated however and the location is pretty far from most things in the area. It seemed a bit expensive for what it was.

Its proximity to the ropeway was the biggest catch. They have a true onsen but sadly people are naked and don’t wear clothing and modesty is not followed . The staff are great and speak good English. The breakfast is generous but doesn’t quite fit the foreign pallet . Recommendation is that enjoy the delicious bakery items in the ropeway eateries .

Hotel Hotaka is just about 50m from the ropeway station. The bus stop right beside the hotel. A very cosy and nice hotel with nice indoor and outdoor hotspring.

ホスピタリティが最高で、チェックアウト後も、山から降りてきた時に温泉に入らせていただきました。温泉は内湯も露天風呂も清潔で、絶妙な温度。壺湯も楽しく入りました。 お食事も飛騨の美味しいものを贅沢にいただきました。食卓に調味料が無かったのですが、味が物足りないことが無く、シェフの自信を感じました。

食事の味はとても良いのですが、ボリュームが多い。値段そのままでもいいので量の加減を最初に聞いてくれるとロスが出なくていいと思います。難しいとは思いますが、減らしたい人がいる事で増やしたい人にも対応できるとより親切かと思います。

部屋は普通のホテルツインでしたが、アンティークな雰囲気でとても清潔でした。窓からベランダに出ると、川の流れと山が見え、山の頂きには雪があってホントに素敵な景色でした。 夕食は懐石料理で、中でも飛騨牛A5ランクのサーロインと鮎の塩焼きがとても美味しかったです。 最後のご飯はコシヒカリの炊き込みご飯でしたが、いろいろなお料理を食べた後だったので、炊き込みよりも白米と赤だし、漬物だけで充分だと思いました。 しかもお米のお水が多過ぎでベチャっとした炊き込みになってしまっていて、せっかくのご飯が少し残念でした。 その後のデザートはメロンとプリンとチーズケーキで、どれもめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。 それと、お料理会場のスタッフの皆さんがホントに頑張っていて、お料理の説明も親切で丁寧、よく気がつくし、お料理を持ってきたり下げたりするタイミングGood！ 素晴らしかったです。 お風呂はさすが奥飛騨、露天風呂が2種類あって硫黄の匂いのする温泉と単純泉で、少しヌルッとしていてとてもよいお風呂でした。 朝の露天風呂では、初雪が降りだして何とも言えず情緒豊かな素敵な入浴時間を 経験する事が出来ました。 今回の旅では、ゆったりと静かで素敵な時間を過ごさせて頂きました。 ありがとうございました。

ビジネスホテルよりはるかに不便

absolutely awful 最低最悪、ビジネスホテルのほうがはるかにマシです。 いくら環境に配慮とはいえ、数枚使ってティッシュはなくなり、替えの箱も置いていやしない。掃除の時残量チェックしてないの丸出し アメニティも袋の中身がちぐはぐで、明らかに前の宿泊者の残り物 フロントスタッフは、レンタカー一つ聞いてもまともに対応できず、ホテルの目の前から松本行や高山行きの直行バスが出てるのに、そんなことも案内出来ないんですかね 他にも色々ありましたが、いずれも人の話を聞かず、状況の配慮のかけらもなく、ビジネスホテルでもここまで不便さを感じたことはありませんでした。自分がここを選んでしまった不運を呪いたい
