"We booked specific rooms and upon arrival did not receive the rooms that we chose. This was also after confirming the rooms via email directly with the resort. We finally ended up with the rooms we chose after talking on the telephone with the owner who wanted to charge us 50% extra for the rooms that we booked. Through the duration of our stay teabags were never replenished. There was no mini bar. The glasses in the room had mould in them. At one stage they had allegedly run out of spirits to...
