The room was not clean, ceiling had dust from the ac, hair was left behind in the shower, toilet lever was stuck after flushing we had to manually lift the top to fix it, it was filthy! Carpet felt wet and sticky, thank goodness I kept my shoes on at all times and came with my own blanket!

Property room showed aging; we checked in on a hot day & AC was turned off in our room upon check-in so it was uncomfortable until we were able to activate AC temp.
The non-smoking room wreaked of smoke smell. It was unbearable and we had to leave the door open and have maintenance come spray something to help. The floors were filthy, our socks were black walking around the room. The breakfast was horrible, the sausage was nearly raw .. just a terrible experience. The staff was wonferful though to try and remedy the situation.
There was a public hair on my toilet and random hairs on the pullout couch my son had to sleep on. I cannot believe this place can charge over $200. When I called to asked for bedding the lady was rude and didnโt bring a blanket as requested.
I always come here and Iโve never had this type of experience before but Iโll never come back here again . I was told after the fact that they checked me in that even though I paid for a suite they were putting me in a regular room. Mind you the suite is more expensive than a regular room. Plus the regular rooms stink . They say I โsupposedlyโ smoked in the last suite I was in so I would be charged $100 if I wanted the suite but they couldโve told me that before checking me in and they didnโt . I proceeded to ask for a refund because the prices are too different and I didnโt see how it was fair that they knew this and didnโt inform me of this before my check in . The lady with the messy dreads and green blue tips and missing front teeth the rudest of them all and her customer service was terrible. When I asked her for her name she gave me a fake name โLeilaโ she know she lying . She taunted me about not getting my money back and laughed thinking it was funny . They could never get my money again . She locked the front door to the office before I could even go back in to see what was going on with the room and my money .
