"Although the hotel is rated 4 star, but the room amenities were very basic, even don’t have a simple coffee machine, only instant coffee with no kettle was provided. We booked our stay with breakfast included. However on our departure day, due to morning ferry departure we won’t be able to enjoy the breakfast at scheduled times in the hotel, a lady at the front desk said no worries, they could pack the breakfast for us to take out which is quite common practice for many hotels. However their promises were not materialized on our departure date. After completing our checkout, asking for our breakfast packages, they just pointed to their snack bar and said you can pick a sandwich and a cup of coffee for each person from the bar, without providing a bag and coffee cup holder to carry these items, we were shocked! We would not book again for next time in the area although the hotel is located in the middle of the city, walking distance to many highlighting sights."
