The hotel is beautiful, nice pool and outdoor area. Service in the bar/restaurant was horrible. No one even there to service you. Front desk was nice but shuttle service was not even available in the morning to go anywhere. It says free WiFi but it’s not. The coffee place isn’t even open very long - not open before we leave for the beach. Was excited to have an in bar hotel but not worth the extra money. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Nice, helpful & observant staff. Really comfortable beds. Minutes from Tampa International. Restaurant & bar on site. A unique pool setting. Close to shopping. An awesome nail shop on one side & First Watch on the other. Free airport shuttle(make reservations) & shuttle within 2 miles of hotel site. We had a pretty great stay!

Everything was fine the room was clean and the areas in common were great. However, the cleaning people were screaming and throwing doors at 8 am in front of my door. I couldn't sleep wee because of that.

The walls and rom are not insulated that well. Heard all the traffic in halls and next door guests. WiFi should ALWAYS be complimentary. Should t have to be a Bonvoy Marriot member . It was a sneaky hidden fee when you go to sign in. They were kind enough to wipe the few at check out.

Property was overall fine, but it’s right next to the airport so it’s going to be noisy. House keeping doesn’t really clean the rooms, they just fix the beds and that’s about it. Took a wet white towel and wiped the bathroom floor and it turned black. For some reason the bathroom just wreaked of urine.

Nice place with a good pool. Smaller rooms for a family of 4. Area at night could be considered a bit tough with The Doll House across the street.

the room was great. I arrived at 3 am and the staff was very welcoming and understanding. the pool is very good my 3 yo son love it the next morning before leaving
