"The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. However, the breakfast was below expectations, with limited selections, and some utensils were missing."

"Very clean. Brand new when I stayed there. Absolutely loved the flooring (no rugs - very sanitary). It is very important to note there is no soap provided. If I hadn’t traveled with my own that would have left me soapless after using the restroom in my hotel room. I might have missed this in the room description. That’s on me if I did. But it is a trade off I was good with for the price and the cleanliness. Loved the full-size fridge and kitchen area and large bathroom. Staff was friendly. Check in and out was easy. Price was great."

"Stayed for a weekend with my family. Kids loved the pool. Breakfast was great. Good choices. Beds were super comfy and rooms were quite spacious. Hotel was very clean and staff very helpful."

"In the room, the air conditioner was loud and vibrated when it kicked on every time. In the parking lot, half the lights were out, which is a safety issue. And, the lights under the canopy at the entrance were all out. Regarding the staff, we were assured of a phone call from the manager after providing evidence of the issues. Nobody contacted us, which is an indication that they don’t really care. "

"Room was run down/old. Shower head was coming out of the wall and couldnt get the water hot. The phone in the room was making a loud buzzing noise so I just disconnected the cord. Rest of venue and area was super.l, staff was friendly. Room was clean. Easy access.to a late.checkout that was needed."

"The front desk staff, Ricardo, was awesome. He helped me out with some extra pillows again. Great job and very friendly. The over night front desk gentleman was outstanding also. Made me a fresh pot of coffee in the early morning. Thanks guys Now the rooms are to be desired for. 1 the room air conditioner is controlled automatically through the thermostat, you are not able to just turn the fan on manually and the room either gets really cold and then shuts off then the room gets really hot. Guests need to be able to control the air conditioner as they see fit. 2. The rooms walls are way to thin and we were up all night for our second stay here in less than a month. Both stays were sleepless nights."
