"Spoke to Expedia rep before check in, they assured we can check in 2 hours early; however, at the property they point blank declined the Expedia rep’s conversation and said it is inaccurate despite showing screenshots. Later on, while ordering food inside the pool, they refused and said there is no security deposit for the room; whereas, upon check in the staff never requested one. Then after walking bare feet from the pool to the reception, they said the security deposit can not be done on Apple Card as it will be deducted. Then after further walking bare feet from the reception to the room and back to get cash, the reception refused to take US Dollars and did not offer a currency conversion as it was “Sunday.” The reception staff then instructed us to walk even further barefoot to Bali Collection and get currency exchanged to put the security deposit which once again, they never asked for at the time of check in. Despite multiple complaints to the hotel management, no apology has been received for this terrible inconvenience. "

"Terrible food but good room view, good amenities, lazy river is the highlight of our trip. Beach has limited area and is quite rocky unlike other hotels on the strip; however, the cheap prices of beach activities was appreciated "

"Beautiful place and very clean—definitely feels like a newer hotel. The buffet was okay, and the staff were polite, but they could be more knowledgeable about the surrounding area, which is important for international visitors. The bed, though… super hard, felt like sleeping on a table."

"While the hotel itself is not the most modern architecturally, the rooms are spacious and clean. The views from the cliff tower are amazing. Food options are plenty and quality and taste are outstanding. Staff are attentive and friendly and really help making this a relaxing stay. The pool area provides plenty of options for the kids and they don’t get bored. If you are after a pure beach holiday, this is where the hotel falls short a bit due to its location. But while the beach isn’t huge, staff are keeping it clean and it’s safe to swim even for smaller kids."

"Rooms are dated and have plumbing issues, water won't drain from the basin and shower head was broken, spilling water everywhere. The issue wasn't resolved during our stay of 4 nights."
