โLovely staff, handy to have the shuttle but the traffic is chaos at certain times of day. Had a very early start and the breakfast was welcomed and again very well staffed. The usual comfort level for Holiday Inns, always consistent in my experience. Staff here went above and beyond and the restaurant was also a good addition.โ
โThere is no soundproofing, various facilities are broken and breakfast services are trash, especially for hotel employees. Only cold water comes out in the shower. I prefer the guest house in Miraflores. I advise you not to make a reservationโ
โHost was very very friendly. She went out of the way to come with me at mid night to get dinner for our family. Also my family member was unwell. She accompanied me to the doctor and ensured we get proper care. She also provided good breakfast. Very safe and friendly place.
Room may not be up to the standards but other conveniences in new country provided by host out weighs it. โ
"Extreamly high humidity in room. Air conditioner was not working properly. Difficult breathing when sleeping cause of bad air environment.
And door man at the main entrance was not good attitude."
